Change Your Password

1. Log on to the Portal
   
   
2. In the left navigation menu, click: 'My System Profile'
   
   
3. Click: 'Change Password'
   
   
4. Enter current password and new password
   (Note: Passwords are case-sensitive and should be a minimum of eight alphanumeric characters.)
   
   
5. Click: 'Change or Set Up Forgotten Password Help'
   (Note: This feature will enable you to request your password via the portal at a future date. You must have a valid email.)
   
   
6. Select a question and enter an answer, click: 'OK'
