Collections
- Delinquent corporate/business accounts may be temporarily refused service by NDSU departments as a result of non-payment and accounts with a history of notably late payment may be required to pre-pay before receiving services. In instances where NDSU has exhausted all reasonable efforts to collect payment from the customer, the account may be referred to a collection agency.
