Before contacting CCAST staff, we expect that you will make a good faith effort to understand the information presented online in these web pages, in the CCAST User's Guide, and in the log files of batch jobs run. The CCAST staff are here to help you succeed in using high performance computing, however, the responsibility for learning to use the systems properly is ultimately yours. 

The primary contact channel for CCAST is through the email address support@ccast.ndsu.edu. Mail to this address is monitored by the full CCAST team and is tracked in our issue tracking system. Contacting individual members of CCAST directly is not encouraged as there is no automatic failover in case of absence etc.
