Before contacting CCAST staff, we expect that you will make a good faith effort to understand the information presented online in these web pages, in the CCAST User's Guide, and in the log files of batch jobs run. The CCAST staff are here to help you succeed in using high performance computing, however, the responsibility for learning to use the systems properly is ultimately yours.

Contacting individual members of CCAST directly is not encouraged as there is no automatic failover in case of absence etc.
