Center for Protease Research

An NIH-COBRE established Center advancing molecular biology research in medicine, engineering, and agriculture at North Dakota State University

The Center for Protease Research has broad-based research programs to provide fundamental information on how proteases, key biological players, impact several diseases. The biological role played by matrix metalloproteinases and histone deacetylases in cancer, arthritis, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, and asthma is being investigated.

Core Facilities

The Center for Protease Research provides two core facilities to assist researchers in their research needs and to help meet their research goals.
