agricultural education, taught vocational agriculture in Hawley and Blooming Prairie, Minnesota. In 1969, he joined the University of Minnesota Crookston in the Agriculture Division teaching courses for 19 years in animal science. He was active in the Dawn to Dusk Lions Club, American Legion, Eagles, Sons of Norway, Minnesota Vocational Ag Teachers, National Agricultural College Teachers Association and Future Farmers of America organizations. He lived in Great Falls, Montana.
