home economics education, was coordinator for the Child Care Nutrition Program, student teacher supervisor for NDSU, a home economist for Golden Valley County and in the NDSU parent education program. She later was the family resource center coordinator for NDSU in Morton County and substitute taught for the Bismarck, North Dakota, school system. She lived in Bismarck.
