Undergraduate Scholarships

The Department of Coatings & Polymeric Materials provides over $22,000 in scholarships to undergraduates enrolled in the minor each year, with individual awards typically varying from $500 to over $3000 per applicant depending on applicant qualifications.  

Scholarship applications for current and incoming students are accepted beginning December 1 through March 1 each year for the College of Arts and Sciences.

Undergraduates already enrolled at NDSU can apply through NDSU’s Scholarship Portal. You will login using the same credentials that you use for blackboard. First-year and transfer students apply for these scholarships through the Office of Admission.

All external scholarships are accessed through the Scholarship Portal, so login often to see if new opportunities have been added.

REMEMBER to observe the criteria and deadline for each scholarship. It is the student's responsibility to submit the scholarship application and respond to all additional questions posed.
