There is only one way: Log in to Blackboard and select a WeBWorK assignment.

Privileged users may log in via Blackboard like students or they may log in to the WeBWorK server directly.

If a professor logs in using the student preview user in Blackboard, then the assignment grades will be reported back to Blackboard.
