Custom Made T-Shirts

What it is: We use Gildan 5.6 oz. 50/50 cotton/poly T-shirts which are high-quality, comfortable, and a good weight. We then use a durable FlexiCut vinyl imprint to create your custom T-shirt.

What's the process: 1. Either pick long sleeve or short sleve shirt. 2. Pick your shirt color - green, yellow, white or black. 3. Pick your imprint color - green, yellow, white, black, or full-color. 3. Tell us the sizes and quantities you will need - we have S, M, L, XL, 2XL on-hand (we can special order other sizes, but that will take more time and will have an additional cost, see below). 4. Work with our designers on a design for your T-shirt.

How much is it: For a single-color front or back imprint up to 11"x11", each T-shirt will be $10. To add an imprint onto the other side, add $7 for each shirt. Long sleeve shirts, add $5. Make it full color for $5 more. XXL shirts, add $2, XXXL shirts, add $3.

How long does it take: Most orders can be completed in 5-10 days. See below for more info.

FAQs we get about T-shirts:

Q: Can you design it for me?
A: Absolutely! If the imprint is just some text, we won't even charge you to design it. We do charge design time ($25/hour, 1/2 hr. minimum) to create designs, fix designs, or alter your provided artwork to fit our processes. If you ever want to reorder, we keep your design, so there will not be a design fee again.

Q: Can I have multiple imprint colors?
A: Yep! Make any short or long seelve full color for $5 more.

Q: Can I supply my own T-shirt? Do you have polos/hoodies/dry-fit, etc.?
A: No. Our heat transfer process will not work with all T-shirts and we wouldn't want to take the chance of ruining your T-shirt. At this time we are not offering options other than our shirts.

Q: Can I order different color T-shirts/different color imprints/different sizes?
A. We can special order many different options, but it will take more time and may cost more. Talk with our designers if you have a specialty order for a quote and timeline.

Q: Can I use this design that has extremely tiny text and/or this Google image I found?
A: Our processes have certain quality limitations. One of them is text size, line size and resolution. Text or designs that are too small will need to be adjusted to make it look great. Found images can be used if it does not have a Copyright, but most images will have to be reworked by a designer (at a fee) to make it work.

Q: Can you put the imprint anywhere?
A: No, we have location limitations to the center of the front or back of the shirt (within reason). Yes, we can do names across the back shoulders, and front pocket imprints, but again there are some limitations. Please ask our designers to walk you through the options.
