Fargo, N.D. — Loretta Heuer, associate dean and professor of nursing at NDSU, has co-written an article for Medical Care, the official journal of the medical care section, American Public Health Association. The article is titled "Positive and negative spillovers of the health disparities collaboratives in federally qualified health centers." Heuer also presented "North Dakota Partners in Nursing Gerontology Consortium Project" at a conference for the North Dakota Long-Term Care Association in Bismarck, N.D., in December.
