Limin Zhang, associate professor of management information systems, had two papers accepted for publication.
"A Cloud Based Health Insurance Plan Recommendation System: A User Centered Approach" was accepted for publication in Future Generation Computer Systems.
"A Survey on Context-aware Recommender Systems using Computational Intelligence Techniques" will be published in Computing.
Both papers were co-written with Assad Abbas, graduate student in electrical and computer engineering, and Samee Khan, associate professor of electrical and computer engineering.
Zhang earned a bachelor's degree at Tongji University in Shanghai, China; a master's degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; and a doctorate in management information systems from the University of Arizona.
Her research interests include context-based Internet search, competitive intelligence information seeking and group support systems and virtual teamwork.
