NDSU accounting professor named journal associate editor

photo of Dr. Bonnie KlammBonnie Klamm, professor of accounting, has been appointed an associate editor of the Journal of Accounting Education.

The publication is a refereed journal dedicated to promoting and publishing research on accounting education issues and to improving the quality of accounting education worldwide. The journal includes four sections: a Main Articles Section, a Teaching and Educational Notes Section, an Educational Case Section and a Best Practices Section. It publishes manuscripts on all topics relevant to accounting education, including technology, learning styles, assessment, curriculum and faculty-related issues.

Klamm joined the NDSU faculty in 2000. She earned a bachelor's degree at California State University, Long Beach; master's degree in taxation from California State University, Fullerton; and doctorate in accounting at Virginia Commonwealth University.
