The NDSU College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences (AHSS) held their first Faculty Research Conversations event on February 12, 2019. Sixteen faculty members took this opportunity to share their research activities and recent publications with colleagues, students, and members of the campus community.
Topics covered included studies about police response times, pregnancy assessment monitoring systems, Internet censorship in democracies, communication techniques with animals, children’s technology use, our perceptions of the automated bots, and more.
AHSS Associate Dean Christina Weber Knopp, who organized the event, said, “Given the success of the event, the College group plans to hold another Faculty Research Conversation session.”
