New-student welcome
kicks off fall semester

The class of 2021 met on Churchill Field Monday morning for its welcome into the NDSU community. They, along with the Gold Star Marching Band, spelled out NDSU for a class photo. Then President Dean Bresciani, Provost Beth Ingram, student body president Mason Wenzel, student body vice president Katie Mastel and incoming freshman Dan Ukkelberg spoke, encouraging them to make the most of their college years. The new students also received graduation tassels to remind them of their goals and sang “The Yellow and The Green” with the BisonArts Singers.
