NDSU Distance and Continuing Education’s Executive Education program is scheduled to offer “Designed to Win: Strategic Focus and Alignment” Thursday, April 3, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Fargo. The session will connect business owners and executives to explore leadership challenges affecting organizational growth and health.

The in-depth program will provide business leaders tools to calibrate growth, align management teams and uncover information to get to the cause of unknown problems.

“We recognize there is a lot of art in leadership,” explained session presenter Mike Meagher, president of Sagency LLC. “That’s not what this session is about. Our goal for this session is to give some tangible tools that leaders can leverage immediately for improved performance and profitability.”
