Open house scheduled to honor NDSU registrar

A farewell open house in honor of Kristi Wold-McCormick, NDSU registrar, is scheduled for Friday, May 9, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the Memorial Union Arikara room. Wold-McCormick has accepted the position of university registrar at the University of Colorado-Boulder.

Wold-McCormick assumed her duties as NDSU registrar in July 2002, returning to campus after serving as enrollment adviser at Colorado Technical University for two years. She previously was NDSU’s associate director of admission and an admission counselor.

Wold-McCormick earned her bachelor’s degree in communication and Spanish from NDSU, her master’s degree in mass communication and media studies at NDSU and her doctorate in educational leadership from the University of North Dakota.
