Stand-up comic and actor Eddie Izzard is scheduled to bring his show "Force Majeure" to NDSU's Festival Concert Hall on Tuesday, May 19. 

Izzard has received a New York Drama Desk Award and two Emmys for "Dress to Kill," two British Comedy Awards for top stand-up comedian and an Olivier Award nomination for Outstanding Achievement.

Izzard will star in the Playstation original TV series, "Powers," premiering on March 10. He guest starred in the series "Hannibal" on NBC, starred in and was a producer on the critically acclaimed FX Network show, "The Riches," and his 2010 documentary, "Believe: The Eddie Izzard Story," received an Emmy nomination.

The Fargo date is the first on the American leg of the tour and his first appearance here.
