Tapestry of Diverse Talents induction scheduled

Birmingham

Hauck

Warne

NDSU’s Tapestry of Diverse Talents is scheduled to induct four new members Friday, May 3, at noon in the Memorial Union Century Theater.

The new inductees include Betsy Birmingham, associate professor of English; Nimish Dharmadhikari, a graduate student studying transportation and logistics; Lisa Hauck, director of International Programs; and Donald Warne, director of the Master of Public Health Program.

The tapestry, a program of the Memorial Union, is a pictorial mosaic that recognizes students, faculty, staff and alumni for the diversity and contributions they bring to NDSU. Each semester individuals are inducted who reflect the ages, classes, abilities, ethnicities, genders, races, regional differences, sexual orientations, beliefs and values of the university community.

A reception will follow in the Butte Lounge with appetizers and refreshments.
