Campus Connection Help for Faculty & Advisers
VIEW/UPDATE PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION
To view and update your contact information that is accessed by students:
- Log in to Campus Connection and click on the Navigator [] icon in the upper right hand corner > Navigator > Self Service > Campus Personal Information
- Select one of the following categories from the expanded side-menu options or navigation links/tabs on the screen:
- Addresses
- Names
- Phone Numbers
- Email Addresses
- Internet Addresses
- Emergency Contacts
- Demographic Information
- User Preferences
- Languages
- Licenses and Certificates
- Memberships
- Work Experience
- Extracurricular Activities
- Honors and Awards
- Publications
- Click on the edit buttons to update selected contact information
- Click the [Add New/Save] button when finished making changes to your information
Note: Select information under Campus Personal Information--such as Internet Address, Emergency Contacts, Licenses and Certificates, etc.--is not pre-populated or maintained in the Campus Connection student information system.
