Campus Connection Help for Faculty & Advisers

VIEW/UPDATE PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION

To view and update your contact information that is accessed by students: 

  • Log in to Campus Connection and click on the Navigator [] icon in the upper right hand corner > Navigator > Self Service > Campus Personal Information
  • Select one of the following categories from the expanded side-menu options or navigation links/tabs on the screen:
    • Addresses
    • Names
    • Phone Numbers
    • Email Addresses
    • Internet Addresses
    • Emergency Contacts
    • Demographic Information
    • User Preferences
    • Languages
    • Licenses and Certificates
    • Memberships
    • Work Experience
    • Extracurricular Activities
    • Honors and Awards
    • Publications
  • Click on the edit buttons to update selected contact information
  • Click the [Add New/Save] button when finished making changes to your information

Note: Select information under Campus Personal Information--such as Internet Address, Emergency Contacts, Licenses and Certificates, etc.--is not pre-populated or maintained in the Campus Connection student information system.
