Grace Hirzel

Postdoctoral Researcher
I’m studying how intra-specific variation in floral traits, such as color and nectar quality, affect bee visitation to flowers. I’m particularly interested in solitary native bees and am examining what wild bees find attractive in a flowering crop (sunflower), as well as other, less domesticated species in family Asteraceae.
