  • President: January 24 at 11:59pm
  • VP/NCC and Admin Director: January 31 at 11:59pm
  • PR Director and Event Coordinator: February 3 at 11:59pm

    Election Information:

    Elections will be held during the RHA meeting (7pm Cater Hall Multi-Purpose Room). 

    • January 27 | President Election
    • February 3 | VP/NCC and Admin Director Election

    • February 10 | PR Director and Event Coordinator Election

    Election procedures:

    1. Each person submitting an application will need to be formally nominated from the floor from an RHA member.
    2. Each person nominated will have 5 minutes to present on who they are, why they want the position and their goals for RHA.
    3. Following the presentation, there is a 5 minute Q & A time that can be extended twice by 5 minutes each.
    4. Candidates will not be in the room while opponents are presenting or while the decision is being made.
    5. All candidates will immediately be told the results at the RHA meeting.
    Expectations:

    As a RHA Exec Board Member, you are expected to uphold all expectations for all positions outlined in the RHA Constitution, along with:

    • Attend Executive Board and RHA meetings Mondays from 7-8:30pm
    • Attend and participate in the transition sessions: 
      • March 17 from 4pm-6pm
      • April 27 from 4pm-7pm (Dinner required)
    • Attend the Bison Leadership Institute is encouraged on April 2, 2025 from 4pm-10pm
    • Attend the NACURH Annual Conference at Illinois State University from May 22-25, 2025
    • Attend the Summer Retreat
    • TBD Training with NRHH and Campus Attractions to plan Welcome Week Block Party
    • Be in good standing with the University (academic and judicial)

    RHA Executive Boards Members cannot be student staff members.
