Major Minorities of Residence Life

The Major Minorities of Residence Life (MMRL) is a department-led affinity group for Residence Life student staff and residents who hold marginalized identities. Led by passionate and professional staff, this group meets every other week to find community and establish space for these student staff members through connection and conversation.

Mission statement:

We are a Residence Life group that promotes a safe and brave space for students from marginalized populations through celebrating differences, empowering those around us, and bettering ourselves and our communities. Our intent is to create an environment where there is mutual encouragement, relationship building, and engagement past the borders of our campus.
