Conference Administrative Assistants
Position Overview
The Department of Residence Life provides summer conference housing in support of the University's mission of teaching, research, and public service. Two Conference Administrative Assistants are hired per summer to live on campus from mid-May to mid-August to help coordinate and host more than 7000 participants who attend events on campus. CAAs are the behind-the-scenes masters of conference coordination; they organize placement, billing, Conference Team Member scheduling and more.
