Become a Sponsor or Vendor
The 3rd Annual Tri-State Meat Goat Conference is scheduled for September 25th to 27th at North Dakota State University in Fargo. This conference has been developed through the collaborative efforts of North Dakota State University, University of Minnesota, South Dakota University, and numerous meat goat producers in the tri-state area.
Meat goat production is the fastest growing meat animal industry in the nation. Last year, in Alexandria, MN, we had over 150 participants from 7 states attend the conference. This year, we are expecting an equivalent crowd. The 2009 conference represents an outstanding educational opportunity for both new and experienced producers.
We would like to extend an invitation to you and your business/organization to participate in this year’s conference through sponsorship and/or the rental of vendor space. Vendor space is located at Sheppard Arena on the NDSU campus. Your display can be set-up indoors or outdoors.
A variety of sponsorship options are available to meet your needs and budget (please see the attached registration form). The registration deadline for sponsorship is Friday, August 7th.
Sponsorship Levels
The following sponsorship levels have been made available to meet a variety of needs and budgets.
Platinum Elite - $2,000
Platinum Elite Sponsorship is $2,000 and has been developed for larger organizations/businesses that would like to demonstrate immense support for the 2009 conference and the developing meat goat industry within the tri-state area. Platinum Elite Sponsorship includes the following:
- Full page advertisement and additional recognition in the 2009 program
- Five full conference registrations
- Ten minutes of speaking time at the banquet on Friday evening
- Double vendor space if needed (i.e. two 4’ X 8’ tables with chairs), plus additional floor space if needed.
Gold - $1,000
Gold Sponsorship is $1,000 and has been developed for larger organizations/businesses that would like to make a substantial contribution to the 2009 conference. Gold Sponsorship includes the following:
- Full page advertisement and additional recognition in the 2009 program
- Five full conference registrations
- Single vendor space (4’ X 8’ table with chairs), plus additional floor space if needed.
Silver - $500
Silver Sponsorship is $500 and has been developed for larger organizations/businesses that would like to make a substantial contribution to the 2009 conference. Silver Sponsorship includes the following:
- Half page advertisement and additional recognition in the 2009 program
- Two full conference registrations
- Single vendor space (4’ X 8’ table with chairs), plus additional floor space if needed.
Bronze - $125
Bronze Sponsorship is $125 and is offered to small businesses and non-profit organizations. Bronze Sponsorship includes the following:
- Recognition in the 2009 program
- One full conference registration
- Single vendor space (4’ X 8’ table with chairs), plus additional floor space if needed.
Monetary Donation
A monetary donation can be submitted in any amount over $50. Monetary donors are offered the following:
- Advertisement and additional recognition in the 2009 program.
