Morgan Reeder

My name is Morgan Reeder and I am from Fargo, North Dakota. I am a first-year student at NDSU pursuing a BFA with a major in Studio Arts. My emphasis is in painting and ceramics, though I focus on introducing and utilizing new media in my work. As an artist, my interest currently resides in exploring techniques and media to express emotions and concepts that are valuable to me. 

What I want to accomplish as a Fellow:

I'm determined to create a more just and equitable world where everyone has the same access to opportunities. Being a part of the DEI fellowship program would expand my impact as a leader in the issues I am passionate about. I aim to solve real-world problems by working on projects that impact my community and planning meaningful SoDAA community events. I will advocate for my student peers and participate in programming education opportunities. I am honored to be part of this opportunity to work with the school and bring new ideas to positively impact Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within our community.
