Do you know a NDSU student who you suspect may have an eating disorder and might need help? Please complete the NDSU Eating Disorder Report Form to submit your concern.

Anyone submitting the report form will receive a response in 24-48 hours during clinic hours. 

Emergency Care

• In the event of a medical emergency, please dial 911.
• In the event of a mental health emergency, please dial 988 or contact the NDSU Counseling Center at 701-231-7671. If the Counseling Center is closed, there is an on-call counselor available.
