NDSU Publications Services protects, projects and enhances the image of the university to potential students, current students and other supporters through high-quality materials. Efforts are prioritized based on audience importance to the university, mission, scope and time frame.

Written copy provided should be proofread by all those involved in the project to help avoid multiple rounds of editing after the design has been established. Content provided to our office will be edited per Associated Press style.

To ensure an efficient and balanced distribution of project requests across campus, all projects must adhere to a time frame of four to six weeks for writing, design, production and printing. Requests that do not follow the required time frame may not be accommodated.
