• A display table at the Welcome Week Block Party on Aug. 29; 7-8:30 p.m.  
• Contact table in Memorial Union for a period of up to 4 hours during fall semester – date chosen by you, pending availability.
• Your logo with a welcome message to students displayed on:
  • 60+ video screens in academic buildings across campus throughout the first week of classes.
  • One post on the NDSU Residence Hall Association Facebook page, Campus Attractions page, NDSU Family Programs four Facebook pages, NDSU Student Activities Facebook page, and Residence Life Facebook page. 
  • Welcome Week event schedule posted for the duration of Welcome Week within myNDSU, an event promotion platform
  • A slide within pre-event PowerPoints at three large scale events during Welcome Week
  • NDSU Welcome Week Programs webpage AND NDSU Family Programs webpage for the duration of Welcome Weekend

• A display table at the Welcome Week Block Party 7-8:30 p.m. on Aug. 24, 2024 
• Your logo with a welcome message to students displayed in the following ways:
  • One post on NDSU Residence Hall Association Facebook page, Campus Attractions page, NDSU Family Programs four Facebook pages 
  • Welcome Week event schedule posted for the duration of Welcome Week within myNDSU, an event promotion platform
  • A slide within pre-event PowerPoints at three large scale events during Welcome Week
  • NDSU Welcome Week Programs webpage AND NDSU Family Programs webpage for the duration of Welcome Week

The opportunity below provides a reach of at least 1,200 students.

• A display table at the Welcome Week Block Party 7-8:30 p.m. on Aug. 29, 2024

• Food and beverages are only permitted at in-person events if one of the following applies:
  • It is individually packaged, store bought, and opened by the user at the time of consumption.  Examples:  Bottles of water, candy bars, lollipops
  • A sponsor has a Certificate of Insurance with 2 million per occurrence and must list NDSU as an additional insured entity. The Certificate of Insurance must be received at ndsu.welcomeweek@ndsu.edu by August 5, 2024.
• Logos for the Bison and Yellow & Green sponsorship levels must be received at ndsu.welcomeweek@ndsu.edu by August 5, 2024.  
• Promotion of any product or services that violate university policy or Student Affairs and Institutional Equity's Sponsorship guidelines cannot be accepted. This includes, but is not limited to any promotion of alcohol and tobacco products, drugs and drug paraphernalia, and sexually suggestive images or content. 
• Entities that compete with NDSU business may not become Welcome Week sponsors (i.e. apartments). 

Request to become a Welcome Week sponsor. Registration will be open through August 5, 2024, or until sponsorship slots are filled.
