About Us
Our mission at the Center for the Study of Digital Society is to foster the study of digital society, digital humanities, and computational social science at NDSU, with a focus on harnessing the power of technological change to promote the common good and to develop a more inclusive, sustainable, intellectually vibrant, and secure society.
The Center's primary goal is to build cross-disciplinary collaborations, related to the study of digital society, on NDSU's campus. We promote the work of affiliated scholars and host a regular speaker series. Affiliated scholars also have access to a dedicated "condo" node on NDSU's high performance computing cluster and can participate in a variety of events hosted by the Center.
