Two advising awards recognize outstanding advising of undergraduates by faculty and by professional advisers who are committed to assisting students to reach their full potential.  Full time faculty, instructors, and lecturers who actively advise individual undergraduates are eligible for the Outstanding Faculty Adviser Award.  Professional advisers are eligible for the Outstanding Professional Adviser Award.  

To nominate a professional adviser or faculty member for this award, students and alumni should submit a nomination letter to NDSU Provost. The nominee will be asked to provide a letter explaining their advising philosophy and detailing their advising activities.
