Items with obvious significant value (computer, wallet/purse, phone, etc.) will be held for up to one month. If your item has any identification, we will do our best to send an email to your NDSU email account. If you have lost your NDSU ID, check with the NDSU Card Center as we give IDs to them.

**For the safety of our staff, items of nominal value (coffee mug, books, hat/mittens, etc.) will only be held for 48 hours before disposal.**

Though many buildings on campus have their own lost & found, the one in the MU tends to be a popular one because of all the foot traffic and lounge spaces. If we don't have it, check in other buildings you think you may have lost your item in or near.

The Memorial Union Lost & Found is located at Design & Sign (on the main level between the Bookstore and the coffee shop). Please stop by and hopefully we will have your lost item!!
