Technology training room open house slated for Thursday

NDSU Instructional Services is scheduled to host an open house on Thursday, Jan. 30, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. to showcase the new state-of-the-art technology training facility in room 150D of the Quentin Burdick Building.

The facility, formerly known as the IACC, includes more than 20 computers equipped with some of the most cutting-edge software available.

Attendees will have access to interactive demonstrations on SMART interactive whiteboards, instructional uses of iPads and tablets, Tegrity Lecture Capture, new features of Blackboard and TLMC studio.

NDSU faculty and staff are invited to attend. 

Light refreshments will be provided. Attendees can register for door prizes, including a Swivi recording device and a $50 gift card.
