Campus global outreach staff present at software conference

Erin Brady and Sarah Maxwell, international admission coordinators in the Office of Global Outreach, are scheduled to present a session on customized online international admission and student services integration at the Terra Dotta Software annual user conference April 14-16 in Denver. Their presentation is titled “Transforming Terra Dotta for International Admissions.”

In January 2013, the international admissions team implemented the software for international student admission, immigration document processing for graduate students and pre-arrival resources for all new international students. The presentation will provide details on how to develop the software functionality to a customized system for management of prospective students, admission applications, orientation resources, international ambassadors and international student advising through graduation.

Terra Dotta is a web-based software created to manage applications, program brochures and international travel associated with study abroad programs. The flexibility of the software permits institutional-level customization to manage international admission and advising, communication, website content, and enables a streamlined online application system from initial inquiry through enrollment.
