The Memorial Union Gallery at NDSU is scheduled to open a new exhibition, "Missouri Valley Gold: Paintings by Greg Walter," Aug. 6. Walter is set to lead an artist talk in the gallery Friday, Sept. 4, at 11 a.m.

The exhibition features Walter’s most recent series of paintings, which explore the beauty and diversity of landscape found in the Missouri River Valley.

The North Dakota Art Gallery Association exhibition is supported, in part, by a grant from the North Dakota Council on the Arts, which receives funding from the state legislature and the National Endowment for the Arts. The exhibition will travel to several venues throughout North Dakota after opening at the Memorial Union Gallery.
