NDSU’s 800 Café is scheduled to serve its last lunch of the semester. A “Cilantro-less Cinco de Mayo” lunch is set for Thursday, May 5, and Friday, May 6, in the Food Production Complex on the third floor of the Katherine K. Burgum Family Life Center. Seating will be from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

The menu for the meal includes:

·  Black bean salsa and fresh basil guacamole

·  Fresh chicken fajita salad garnished with cheddar cheese, mixed bell peppers and homemade salsa ranch dressing

·  Berry tiramisu cake topped with berry sauce and fresh grated lemon zest

Dietetics students Katalin Magyar and Kristy Bruner will manage the meal with the help of their classmates.

The cost is $10 per person and includes beverages. Four-meal punch cards are available for $35. Cash or check are acceptable forms of payment.
