The NDSU campus community is invited to provide feedback on the "Strategic Plan to Address High Risk Alcohol and Drug Use" in advance of its final approval and implementation at an open forum on Monday, April 20, at noon in the Memorial Union Century Theater.

The President's Council on Alcohol and Other Drugs prepared the strategic plan and President Joseph A. Chapman has given his approval for its review by campus and community stakeholders.
