Amphibian, reptile researcher to present NDSU seminar

The NDSU Department of Biological Sciences will host a seminar by Christopher Gienger,associate professor and curator of the herpetology collection, Department of Biology, Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, Tennessee.

The talk, titled “Metabolism, Diet, and Digestive Physiology of Crocodilians,” is scheduled Friday, April 20,at 3 p.m. in Loftsgard 114.

Everyone is welcome.

Gienger’s research focuses on the ecology and physiology of amphibians and reptiles. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Central Washington University, and his master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno.
