Ethics institute to host panel discussion on terrorism

The Northern Plains Ethics Institute at NDSU is set to hold a second panel conversation addressing Terrorism. The panel will focus on what may be done about domestic and foreign terrorism. The session is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 14, at 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the Memorial Union’s Century Theater at NDSU.

Scheduled panelists include:

• Roby C. Barrett, security and intelligence operations expert

• Kara S. Careaga, U.S. Immigration and Customs enforcement agent, Department of Homeland Security

• Jeffrey B. Bumgarner, NDSU department head and professor of criminal justice and political Science

Bumgarner is set to moderate the panel.

Questions from the audience are highly encouraged.
