Visual arts professor exhibits paintings

Works by Kim Bromley, professor of painting and drawing, will be highlighted at two regional galleries.

His “Pond Paintings” are scheduled to be exhibited until Feb. 28 at the Dakota Fine Arts Gallery in downtown Fargo.

In addition, his painting, “Ripples and Water Lilies,” has been accepted to the “Artists Across Minnesota” exhibit at the Lake Region Arts Council McNight Gallery in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. An exhibit reception is set for Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Bromley joined the NDSU faculty in 1996. Heearned his bachelor’s degree at Buena Vista College, master’s degree at the University of Northern Iowa and his Master of Fine Arts at Southern Illinois University.
