NDSU Visiting Artist Series welcomes Scott, Smith

NDSU Visual Arts is pleased to welcome ceramic artists Sean Scott and Amy Smith, Nov. 2 to 3. Scott and Smith will work with students, demonstrate their techniques and present a public lecture during their visit. A complete schedule can be found online at ndsu.edu/finearts/visual_arts/visiting_artist_series/scott_smith.html.

Scott has worked with clay for the past two decades and currently operates Pomme de Terre Pottery in West Central Minnesota. He shows and sells his work nationally and teaches workshops for all skill levels. Smith earned her Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She works intuitively in porcelain, allowing forms to gently hold space.
