NDSU presentation on equine-assisted therapy set

Erika Berg

Erika Berg, associate professor of animal sciences and director of the Bison Strides Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies Program, is scheduled to present “Therapeutic Power of the Horse” Friday, Dec. 6, at noon in the Memorial Union’s Arikara room. The presentation is sponsored by the Department of Animal Sciences.

Everyone is welcome.

Berg’s research interests include the impact of equine-assisted activities and therapies on equine and human participants.

She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in animal science at Purdue University and her doctorate in animal science from the University of Missouri.
