Online graduate programs: Construction management

NDSU’s Department of Construction Management and Engineering offers three distinct graduate programs to fit the needs of industry professionals.

A Master of Construction Management is offered fully online and covers topics such as estimating, scheduling and project management. It includes the Associate Constructor Exam which is the first level in reaching the Certified Professional Constructor designation.

A certificate in construction management is also offered online, requiring courses in cost and project management. This program provides a fundamental knowledge base of construction management.

“NDSU’s program will equip me with knowledge of project management and delivery, which as a civil engineer, is very essential in rising up the ranks,” said Cyril Ahiable, a graduate student in construction management.

The Master of Science in construction management is an on-campus, research-focused program. Students contribute to the development and delivery of scholarly publications and grant proposals while working closely with an advisor.
