NDSU athletics marketing team to begin "Bandwagon Tour"

The NDSU athletics marketing team will be traveling the state of North Dakota beginning Monday, July 25. The tour will take them to more than 20 cities on the five-day trip.

The goal of the "Bandwagon Tour" is to meet fans from around the state and distribute materials like yard signs, posters, schedule cards and other promotional items that are sometimes only available in the Fargo metro area.

"Being located on the eastern border, it is sometimes difficult for fans across the state to be involved in our grass-roots marketing push that starts late in the summer," said associate athletic director Troy Goergen, "so we are reaching out across the state to meet our fans."

Follow the progress of the tour on Facebook with daily updates and videos, and listen to The Mighty 790 KFGO and 740 The Fan for call-in reports from the road.  Check the itinerary below and be on the lookout for the Bison Bandwagon near your town.
