Apply for the NDSU vaccine incentive

NDSU students can apply now for a $100 COVID-19 vaccination incentive.

Already fully-vaccinated students can submit the request form by Oct. 31, 2021.

Currently unvaccinated students can receive their first shot by Sept. 15 to allow enough time to get a second shot by Oct. 15, 2021, to qualify. The Pfizer and Moderna vaccinations require multiple weeks between the first and second vaccinations. Students can submit the request form when fully vaccinated.

After submitting the request form, Student Health Service will verify the vaccination and Customer Account Services will process the $100 payment. It will take approximately two weeks if no problems occur in verification.

A list of frequently asked questions about NDSU’s COVID-19 vaccine incentive program can be found online.

Information about where to obtain a vaccine can be found at the NDSU vaccine information website. NDSU Student Health Service also provides free vaccinations to students. Call 701-231-7331 to make an appointment.
