$100 vaccine incentive deadline extended

The deadline has been extended for NDSU students to qualify for the $100 COVID-19 vaccination incentive.

Currently unvaccinated students can receive their first shot by Sept. 24 to allow enough time to get a second shot by Oct. 15, 2021. The Pfizer vaccination requires multiple weeks between the first and second doses. Students can submit the request form when fully vaccinated.

Already fully-vaccinated students can submit the request form by Oct. 31, 2021.

After submitting the request form, Student Health Service will verify the vaccination and Customer Account Services will process the $100 payment. It will take approximately two weeks if no problems occur in verification.

A list of frequently asked questions about NDSU’s COVID-19 vaccine incentive program can be found online.

Information about where to obtain a vaccine can be found at the NDSU vaccine information website. NDSU Student Health Service also provides free vaccinations to students. Call 701-231-7331 to make an appointment.

Email NDSU Student Health Service at ndsu.studenthealthservice@ndsu.edu or call 701-231-7331 with questions.

Students do not need to be vaccinated on campus to qualify.
