800 Café to serve 'Spring Blossoms' lunch

The 800 Café, a restaurant managed entirely by students, will serve a “Spring Blossoms” lunch on Thursday, April 25. Dietetics student Frances Liu will manage this day.

The lunch will begin with light creamy potato soup with shredded cheddar and green onion. The main course is grilled apricot chicken with asparagus, broccoli and tomatoes served with sticky rice. Raspberry sorbet delight will be served for dessert.

The 800 Café is located in the Family Life Center room 312. Seating starts at 11 a.m. The last seating is scheduled for 12:15 p.m.

The dining experience costs $8 per meal. Reservations are encouraged because seating is limited. To make a reservation, contact Ronda Klubben at ronda.klubben@ndsu.edu or 701-231-7487. Parking is available in the visitor’s lot on the NDSU campus.
