NDSU will hold classes using the HyFlex model. Distance and Continuing Education program staff continue to work from home with periodic times they are on campus. We will post more information as decisions are made about office hours and staffing this fall semester.

NDSU announced today (3/12) that, as a precautionary measure in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all classes will be held online for a period of 2 weeks following spring break (3/16-20). We expect to resume face-to-face classes on April 6.
Please continue reading for information regarding services provided by the Office of Teaching and Learning and its Distance and Continuing Education program. More information and official statements are available on NDSU's COVID-19 preparedness webpage.
Information for our K-12 teachers and administrators:
- Our office will maintain normal operations.
- You may continue to submit your professional development course proposals as you normally would.
- You may continue to register for professional development classes as you normally would.
- If you plan to make changes to any PD course offering, please notify our office so we can ensure all details on our end are taken care of and we can communicate with PD students as needed.
- We will post communication and timely updates to our website at www.ndsu.edu/dce as well as to our Facebook site.
- We will communicate this information in an email as soon as possible and continue to send updates as needed.
Information for faculty and teaching assistants on campus:
- Our office is working closely with the ITS instructional design team to assist individuals in moving courses to an online format.
- Resources and links will be added to the faculty resources section of our website.
- We will post communication and timely updates to our website as well as to our Facebook site.
- Our office will maintain normal operations.
- Our office hours will remain the same.
