NDSU’s Office of Teaching and Learning offers a monthly Innovation in Teaching Award to recognize instructors and graduate assistants for their efforts to improve teaching and learning on campus. In February, five individuals were nominated. Award nominations were submitted primarily from students. All nominees for February received awards.
The list includes:
- Allison Hursman, assistant professor, Department of Pharmacy Practice,
- Dmitri Kilin, assistant professor, Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry,
- Lisa Arnold, associate professor, English Department,
- Nate Wood, associate professor, School of Education,
- Zahid Anwar, associate professor, Department of Computer Science.
The award recipients received special recognition from the President's office along with a small gift to brighten their day. All nominees will be entered to win one of several $100 gift cards to be given out at our annual Teaching and Learning Conference on Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
