A BILL for an Act to create and enact a new section to chapter 6-09, a new section to chapter 15-20.1, two new sections to chapter 21-10, and a new section to chapter 54-27 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to an economic diversification research fund, a workforce development and enrichment fund, a legacy projects fund, a legacy projects advisory board, and a county and township bridge fund; to amend and reenact sections 6-09.4-10.1 and 21-10-13 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the legacy sinking and interest fund and the legacy earnings fund; to provide a report; to provide an appropriation; to provide a contingent appropriation; and to provide an effective date.
