Respirator Clearance Exams can be done at any NDSU Designated Medical Provider. Sanford and Essenita have their own forms for the exam so please use the corresponding forms for the clinic you go to. Questionnaires need to be returned prior to fit test being conducted and appointments made. Contact the clinic ahead of time to make arrangements. Medical providers also ask that you bring with you the type of respirator you will wearing so you can be properly fit tested.

Respirator Protection Training shall be completed before initial use of a respirator and annually thereafter. The training covers proper use, maintenance, and limitations of the respirator. Respirator Training is located on Vector and is a self-enroll course. Search "Respirator" to find the course in the Extra Training.
